Do I need to keep paying after the one-time purchase?
Purchased modules are yours to use permanently — even after the support period expires, functionality is never disabled. What stops after expiry is automatic upgrades and free support. You can renew annually or buy support hours on demand.
How is the user count calculated? Do external suppliers/customers count?
Only internal employee accounts are counted. Suppliers and customers accessing the portal to view orders or confirm deliveries do not require a user license and incur no additional cost.
Do I need to provide my own server for private deployment?
Yes, private deployment requires a server (physical machine, cloud VM, or virtual machine). We can help assess your requirements — typically 8-core 16GB RAM runs smoothly for up to 50 users. If you prefer not to manage servers, choose the SaaS option.
How long does implementation take?
The standard Supply Chain package typically goes live in 4–6 weeks (including requirements, configuration, training, and pilot). Adding manufacturing or finance modules extends the full project to 8–12 weeks. We provide on-site support to ensure a stable go-live.
Are VAT invoices included in the price?
All quoted prices are tax-inclusive and we can issue a VAT special invoice (6% rate). For special invoicing requirements, please let us know during consultation.
